TORONTO, Aug. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hampton Financial Corporation (“Hampton” or the “Company”) (TSXV:HFC) today announced that it has issued fully vested stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,050,000 subordinate voting shares of the Corporation at the price of $0.35 per share for a ten year term. The stock options are subject to approval of the Company’s amended stock option plan by the TSXV and shareholders of the Company.
