Gwyneth Paltrow shared the wellness staples she uses ‘again and again’ — including her ‘newest obsession’

Not all of Gwyneth Paltrow’s go-tos come from Goop.

The actress and lifestyle maven shared a photo dump on Instagram last week, featuring all of the “old wellness standbys” she comes “back to again and again.”

And while her must-haves include a Clearlight sauna and a Prenuvo full-body scan, she also included several supplements, including the Sakara Protein + Greens Super Powder she called her “newest obsession.”

Whether mixed into smoothies or blended into baked recipes, the formula contains 12 grams of complete plant protein per serving, plus alkalizing greens and detoxifying algae.
