Gwyneth Paltrow has pulled back the curtain on her perfect “everything shower.”

The actress, model and health aficionado is known for her extravagant (and often expensive) clean beauty rituals through her lifestyle and wellness brand, goop. But one of her more accessible routines is her take on the Gen-Z-loved, TikTok-viral ‘everything shower‘ trend.

On social media, users rave about their takes on an everything shower — typically, an elaborate, head-to-toe process that involves several steps, from washing and conditioning hair to exfoliating, shaving, and applying masks and body treatments. But, Paltrow says hers isn’t so complicated.

“I’ve perfected my version of an ‘everything shower,” Paltrow exclaimed in a blog post on goop, posted earlier this year. “It’s a little simpler than the ones on TikTok.”

She also says her version is clean — or, “made without a long list of ingredients linked to harmful health effects.” And to make the process extra invigorating,” she finishes off with a minute or so of cold water, which most hairstylists agree is great for hair health.

Paltrow’s process involves two key tools that retail for under $70, both of which are available on Amazon.

The first step for Paltrow involves the Goop Beauty Dry Brush.

The Dry Brush is designed to sweep away dead skin and is often touted for its detoxifying benefits. The bristles are made from natural sisal, while the ergonomic handle is crafted from smooth, solid wood for a comfortable grip and easy maneuvering. It’s available on Amazon for just $25.

“I rarely take a shower without starting with a good dry brush — all over, brushing toward the heart,” she explained. “It’s amazing for exfoliation, skin quality, and energy.”

The final step in her Everything Shower routine is a goop’s best-selling Body Oil, a “rich moisturizing oil” made with nutrient-dense lipids meant to quench dry, dull skin. The luxurious formula has even won over the seal of approval from Paltrow’s 22-year-old daughter.

“I think this is Apple’s all-time favorite goop product — she’s obsessed, and so am I. It really does make your skin glow. And it smells like a summer vacation. I put it on right after the shower,” the actress added.

The Paltrow family isn’t the only one swearing by the formula. In a third-party consumer study, 91% of goop Body Oil users said their skin felt and looked deeply hydrated after seven days of use, with many also reporting that the oil also helped soothe dryness.

For additional savings, the Body Oil and the Dry Brush can be purchased together on Amazon for $69.
