The Golden State Warriors received a concerning update on Moses Moody ahead of their game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday. Moody developed soreness in his right thumb and was listed as "questionable" on the injury report. The talented guard underwent surgery on the same thumb in the past summer.

Moses Moody missed the first two games of the season with a calf injury he picked up during a practice session in preseason. He made his comeback in the game against the Portland Trail Blazers. The 6-foot-5 role player has made a huge contribution off the bench in the previous two games.

Moody's offensive production and defensive intensity eased the burden off the veterans' shoulders. The Warriors guard is shooting 8 of 14 from beyond the arc across the last two games.

Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors also offered an update on De'Anthony Melton, who is on a two-year, $6,532,700 contract. Melton is currently in the late stages of his ACL rehabilitation. The team announced that Melton will be integrated into practice in the next couple of weeks.

He will also train with Golden State's G League team, the Santa Cruz Warriors, and will be re-evaluated in another three weeks. If the recovery goes without setbacks, one can expect the defensive-minded guard to make his season debut at the start of December.
