The Golden State Warriors will return to action after two days' rest against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday. Steph Curry is confirmed to lead the Dubs' charge once again as the veteran point guard isn't listed on the injury report. Al Horford, who signed a two-year, $11,654,250 contract in the offseason, will miss the game owing to "injury management."

The Warriors have a back-to-back coming up, with a matchup against the Grizzlies followed by a contest against the LA Clippers on Tuesday. Golden State coach Steve Kerr recently made it crystal clear that Horford won't play on consecutive nights to preserve his body from wear and tear.

Al Horford will sit tomorrow for the Warriors on the front side of another back-to-back. So no Horford against the Grizzlies, but that sets him up to face the Clippers on Tuesday night.

Hence, the veteran big man is out of the front end of the back-to-back as coach Kerr wants the one-time NBA champion on the court against the Clippers. The Warriors will need more firepower in their frontcourt against their California rivals to deal with Ivica Zubac.

Earlier, Al Horford missed the second game of a back-to-back when he sat out from the Warriors' previous contest against the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday. In his last appearance, the former Boston Celtics center scored 13 points on 5 of 8 shooting, including 3 of 4 from deep, and helped Golden State to a thrilling overtime win against the Denver Nuggets on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Steph Curry and the Warriors will also be without De'Anthony Melton and Alex Toohey. Both Melton and Toohey are recovering from their respective knee injuries.
