Giants free agency tracker: Live rumors, news, updates on Isaiah Likely and New York's other signings

1 hour ago 2

It's a new era for the New York Giants as John Harbaugh tries to reshape the roster with his type of players.

That strategy worked well for the New England Patriots a year ago. The Patriots spent heavily to add players who fit Mike Vrabel's identity, and it resulted in a Super Bowl appearance for New England. While that might be far-fetched for the Giants, Harbaugh is looking to bring in players who fit the new culture in East Rutherford.

Before the NFL Draft, that process begins in free agency with the chance to pitch veterans on the opportunity to play alongside Jaxson Dart.

Here's a look at the latest news, rumors, signings and trades for the Giants in free agency.

Giants free agency rumors, news, updates

Giants sign Patrick Ricard

The Giants have bolstered their backfield by signing three-time All-Pro fullback Patrick Ricard, a move that reunites the veteran with his former Baltimore head coach, John Harbaugh. The 300-pound versatile blocker is expected to be a cornerstone of New York’s new power-run identity, paving the way for a backfield led by Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Cam Skattebo.

Giants could pivot to Wyatt Teller

The Giants were pursuing former Jets OG Alijah Vera-Tucker before he agreed to a deal with the Patriots. With Vera-Tucker off the board, SNY's Connor Hughes reports former Browns guard Wyatt Teller could be next on New York's wishlist.

Giants re-sign OT Jermaine Eluemunor

The Giants are bringing back OT Jermaine Eluemunor on a three-year, $39 million deal with $26 million guaranteed. Eluemunor has been a full-time starter for the Giants for the last two seasons, after coming over from the Raiders, and he will be back protecting Jaxson Dart in 2026.

Giants add another former Raven in P Jordan Stout

The Giants aren't done adding former Harbaugh players, as they are replacing the released Jamie Gillan with former Ravens punter Jordan Stout on a three-year, $12.3 million deal. Stout was a First-Team All-Pro selection in 2025 and becomes the NFL's highest-paid punter.

Giants fill LB hole with Tremaine Edmunds

After releasing veteran LB Bobby Okereke last week, the Giants are filling the void by giving former Bears and Bills LB Tremaine Edmunds a three-year, $36 million deal. Edmunds was released by the Bears ahead of free agency, but he has nine interceptions in the last three years.

Isaiah Likely joining Giants on 3-year deal

The Giants are adding one of Harbaugh's favorites from Baltimore, signing TE Isaiah Likely to a three-year, $40 million deal. Likely split time with Mark Andrews with the Ravens but impressed when given the opportunity for more targets; he could quickly become a top target for Dart with Malik Nabers coming back from injury and Wan'Dale Robinson departing for Tennessee.

Wan'Dale Robinson joins Titans on 4-year deal

The Giants will lose WR Wan'Dale Robinson as expected, as the 1,000-yard receiver is joining the Tennessee Titans on a four-year, $70 million deal.
