The final golf major is upon us as the field competes for the British Open, also known as the Open Championship.
Three different golfers have won the three majors in the 2025 calendar year. Rory McIlroy took home the Masters, Scottie Scheffler won the PGA Championship, and J.J. Spaun won the U.S. Open.
The 2025 Open Championship will take place at Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland. This venue last hosted the British Open in 2019, when Shane Lowry won.
