Former star reveals 'the only thing stopping' Zinedine Zidane from taking Man Utd job image

The buzz around Manchester United's next manager is growing louder by the day as Ruben Amorim continues to struggle.

With results slipping and pressure mounting, fans are dreaming of a big name to walk into Old Trafford and bring back the glory days.

And one name keeps popping up — Zinedine Zidane.

But if Zidane is such a perfect fit, why hasn’t he taken the job yet? Former United striker Louis Saha may have the answer.

The Frenchman believes Zidane would be ideal for the Red Devils — but there's just one thing holding him back. And no, it’s not the weather or the fish and chips.

Louis Saha opens up on what's 'stopping' Zinedine Zidane from taking Man Utd job

“Maybe the only thing that is stopping him from taking the job is his English, or perhaps he’s not attracted to the Premier League in some way,” Saha told Megga Dice.

“That’s what I heard from interviews. But so many people talk instead of him, so I don’t know for sure.”

Zidane's record speaks for itself. Three Champions League titles, two La Liga trophies, and countless other honors with Real Madrid. Managing one of the most intense clubs in the world? He made it look easy — like a Zidane turn in midfield.

Saha believes Zidane’s aura and leadership would instantly lift United’s struggling squad.

“He has a natural aura, he’s able to impart confidence and tactical awareness,” Saha added. “He wants to understand the philosophy of every player and get them to play well. A similar approach to Alex Ferguson, but with different skills.”

It’s high praise from someone who’s played under Sir Alex himself. But while fans dream of Zidane strolling down the Old Trafford touchline, Ruben Amorim remains in charge — for now.

After yet another home loss, United’s season looks like it’s going from red to readjust.

The Premier League may be slipping away, but European hopes remain. If they crash out of the Europa League, Zidane's name might go from dream to decision real fast.
