Chaos ensued at a Grove City, Ohio home in July, after a father lured his daughter’s alleged rapist to his home and shot him.
According to prosecutors, Diego Montoya Gonzalez was shot by Malik Chandler after the 11-year-old’s mother discovered a video on their daughter’s phone that showed Gonzalez sexually assaulting the girl.
According to WNBS, the day after the discovery, Chandler pretended to be his daughter on TikTok to get Montoya Gonzalez back to their home where he shot him twice.
Chandler told investigators he intended to just beat up Gonzalez, hold him there and then call police — but he thought he saw the alleged sicko reach for a gun in his pocket, picked up his gun off the counter and opened fire.
The Post spoke with former Los Angeles federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani about the case.
