On Sunday, the 2025-26 NBA All-Star lineup was completed, as the reserves in the East and West were announced.
Social media began to discuss the difference between the two rosters, with some arguing that the East all-stars are much weaker than the ones in the West.
One former Celtics player went to social media to put out his hot take about how weak the East all-stars are this year.
Which former Celtic had a hot take about the 2025-26 East all-star roster?
Former Celtic Evan Turner posted on X on Sunday, "The 2024 Celtics would beat this years eastern all stars."
Hearing the idea that a roster could be better than an entire conference's all-star team seems ridiculous, but when you look into the players on both teams, it might not be a crazy take.

In the 2023-24 season, the Celtics had a record in the regular season of 64-18, and went 16-3 in the postseason.
When it comes to depth, the East All-Stars have more talented players from the top of their roster to the bottom, as most would expect.
In the hypothetical situation that the two rosters faced off, the Celtics would play a rotation of 8-9 players anyway, so that wouldn't be a major factor.
The Celtics title team was definitely a strong team on the defensive end, which would be beneficial against a lineup full of great scorers.
It wouldn't be easy for the Celtics, but I don't think it's out of the realm that their title team could put up a quality fight in this match, or in a seven-game series.
