Megan Fox is clocking in for the night shift at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. The actress has officially joined the cast of Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 as the voice of Toy Chica.

The sequel to Blumhouse and Universal’s 2023 horror hit will creep into theaters on December 5, bringing fans back to the haunted, Chuck E. Cheese-esque establishment that made the first film a box-office monster.

Joining Fox in the recording booth are MatPat as the voice of Toy Bonnie and Kellen Goff as Toy Freddy. Director Emma Tammi returns to helm the sequel, with Josh Hutcherson reprising his role from the original film alongside Matthew Lillard, Elizabeth Lail, and Piper Rubio.

Hutcherson led the first installment as a night security guard at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, where the animatronic mascots have a murderous streak. The studio hasn’t revealed which mechanical beasts will be back for round two, but it did tease a chilling new tagline: “Anyone can survive five nights. This time, there will be no second chances.”

Based on the wildly popular video game series, Five Nights at Freddy’s made a killing at the box office in October 2023, grossing $297 million worldwide and becoming Blumhouse’s highest-grossing film ever—all while streaming simultaneously on Peacock.

The new casting was unveiled during Jason Blum’s BlumFest panel at New York Comic Con on Friday night, which also showcased upcoming titles like Black Phone 2, the video game Sleep Awake, and, of course, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.

Fox, meanwhile, has been busy across genres. She recently starred opposite Michele Morrone in Millennium Media’s thriller Subservience and popped up in Amazon’s comedy series Overcompensating. Her other recent credits include Till Death, Night Teeth, Big Gold Brick, and The Expendables 4.
