“FIFA World Cup: Launch Edition” sees FIFA re-enter gaming scene after the end of their EA Sports partnership
For years, FIFA and EA Sports ran the football gaming industry with their “FIFA” games until that relationship ended in 2022. EA has continued its dominance of football games with “EA Sports FC.” FIFA, on the contrary, has been dormant for a bit, but they’re now back on the scene with Netflix.
Developed by Delphi Interactive, this new game, which will be free to anyone with a Netflix subscription, looks to be a simple and easy-to-play product with challenges included depending on the real-life events that ensue at the World Cup.
