Sophie Cunningham also gave fans an update on her diet in a video shared on Instagram. She recounted a moment of struggle at the grocery store while taking fans through her day-to-day amid her recovery.
“So I really am trying to eat better,” Cunningham said. “All I have to do right now with my life is rehab, workout and travel across the country. I went to the grocery store to get dinner and all I could see were donuts.” “The donuts were getting me in and I was like, ‘Nope, don’t do it,’ So, I didn’t do it, but I did get a Payday at the cash register.”
