As fans of The White Lotus look forward to the Emmy-winning series’ season three, out Feb. 16, HBO revealed season four is officially happening.
‘The White Lotus’ Season 3 Premiere Date and Plot Lines Revealed
Get ready for another chaotic destination vacation.
Ahead of the season three premiere of The White Lotus, the Mike White-created series has officially been renewed for a fourth season, HBO announced Jan. 22.
While details of the early renewal are being kept under wraps, fans of the critically-acclaimed anthology series will have plenty of juicy storylines to obsess over when the social satire picks up in Thailand Feb. 16 with season three. For instance, the trailer teased Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood playing a May-December couple whose island getaway takes a comically dangerous turn.
“I almost died today,” she said in the preview. “But we got the room comp’ed, didn’t we babe?”
In addition to Walton and Aimee, the eight-episode season will follow an all-new cast of characters portrayed by the likes of Patrick Schwarzenegger, Parker Posey and Blackpink’s Lisa, but longtime viewers can expect to see at least one familiar face to make a return: Natasha Rothwell, who played spa manager Belinda during the inaugural season.
“I’m on an exchange program,” Belinda declared in the trailer. “I’m starting to feel like something good is going to come out of this.”
Though it remains to be seen just how accurate that statement will be for the resort’s new guests, the stars of season three had nothing but five-star reviews after filming wrapped.

“To work with Mike White and just to be a part of this project was a dream come true,” Patrick told E! News in November. “It was surreal, it was life-changing to learn amongst the other actors. It was incredible. I can’t wait for it to come out.”
Walton similarly beamed about joining the exclusive ranks of White Lotus alums.
“It really is, at this point, a small group of actors that have had that opportunity to have that experience,” the Fallout actor noted. “And I think for all of us that went on this current incarnation, it’s a feather in our cap.”
