Say “ahhh!”
Ice Spice showed off an enormous round diamond stud tongue piercing in an Instagram Story selfie shared Tuesday — and her followers were quick to sound off.
The “Munch” hitmaker, 26, stuck out her tongue to flaunt the sparkler, her bright orange hair parted down the middle and a matching diamond earring glinting from her lobe.
The resemblance didn’t go unnoticed. “That is an earring stud, girl,” one commenter wrote of the mouth jewelry.
Others zeroed in on the practical concerns of a rock that size. “Teeth bout to be chipped and dipped,” one fan predicted, while another warned she “probably can’t eat fr.”
“At first I didn’t like it, but now I hate it!” one fan joked.
Still, plenty were impressed by the sheer scale of the gem. “You ever swallow a $300,000 diamond before?” one commenter cracked, as another referenced a Drake lyric: “Diamond popped out, almost swallowed sixty thousand” — a nod to the Canadian rapper’s erstwhile pink diamond tooth gem.

It’s unclear whether Spice’s new bling is real ice — though she’s certainly a fan of a statement stone. In 2023, Dunkin’ Donuts gifted her an 80-carat diamond chain during their collaboration, and she wore a Playboi Carti-commissioned Opium chain to Super Bowl LVIII as Taylor Swift’s guest.
The pair’s friendship endured: Ice Spice was among the roughly 1,000 guests at Swift’s July 3 wedding to Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden — though her look from the night still hasn’t surfaced.
The rapper debuted the tongue piercing on Instagram Stories in April, albeit with a relatively modest-sized stud at the time. Tuesday’s selfie suggests a serious upgrade.
