Fan-favorite star receives urgent medical attention after AEW Blood and Guts 2025

A beloved AEW star had to seek urgent help after a brutal Blood and Guts contest on Dynamite tonight. The first-ever Women's Blood and Guts match turned out to be one of the bloodiest ones the stipulation has ever seen. Every woman in the bout sacrificed herself to secure a victory for her team. Mina Shirakawa also took a lot of punishment throughout the match.

Jamie Hayter, Kris Statlander, Harley Cameron, and Toni Storm also endured much pain during the bout. The Triangle of Madness, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir, and Mercedes Mone had many tricks up their sleeve and used every weapon they could find, even championship belts.

In the closing moments of the match, Mina was the last woman standing in her team. She tried to take down the opponent, but Marina Shafir grabbed her in a chokehold. Also, she was constantly whipped by Megan Bayne with the TBS Championship. Her tag team partner, Toni Storm, who the Triangle of Madness held back, couldn't see her ally suffer anymore, so she surrendered.

Following the gruesome contest, photos of the Interim ROH Women's World Television Champion surfaced on social media. Her head was busted open. Toni Storm was also seen by her side while Mina Shirakawa was getting treated by the medical team.

AEW star Toni Storm refers to Mina Shirakawa as her wife

Mina and Toni have been teaming up for the past few months. The duo will also participate in the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship Tournament. They are now officially known as Timless Love Bombs.

On last week's AEW Dynamite, while Mina was trying to gain an advantage for the Blood and Guts contest, Toni Storm claimed that she was present on the commentary at the ringside for her "wife."

"I'm here for one thing only, and that's the love that I have for my beautiful wife, Mina Shirakawa," she said.

It remains to be seen what will be next for the Timeless Love Bombs after this devastating loss.
