Camila Mendes, Rudy Mancuso Engaged After 3 Years of Dating
Charles LeClerc is putting his romance in sport mode.
The F1 race driver announced that he and Alexandra Saint Mleux are engaged after two years of dating.
In his Nov. 2 Instagram post, Charles, 28, shared a sweet photo of him and Alexandra, 24, posed with her diamond ring, writing, “Mr². & Mrs. Leclerc.”
The Monaco native also offered a look into the intimate proposal. In one photo, Charles decorated the house with a large heart made out of roses and several long candles. He continued the floral design in the dining room, where he placed a bouquet of roses and two plates of cookies filled with the couple’s initials on the table.
But Charles didn’t plan this special milestone alone, as he got a little help from his dog Leo. Indeed, the pup wore a tag around his neck that read, “Dad wants to marry you!”
And with the duo accelerating their romance to a new level, several fellow F1 racers sent them well wishes in the comment section. Lewis Hamilton wrote “Congratulations to you both” with a heart emoji, while Oscar Piastri—who has been vocal about his and Charles’ close bond over the years—echoed the sentiment, simply writing, “Congrats!”
His former Ferrari teammate Carlos Sainz Jr. also chimed in and proudly exclaimed, “Yesssss.”
Charles and Alexandra first sparked dating rumors in March 2023, when they were spotted at Paris Fashion Week together. Four months later, they confirmed their relationship status while serving up a sweet outing at Wimbledon. Since then, the two have occasionally stepped out at events together, including the F1 Grand Prix in Mexico last month.

And as the couple continue to elevate their romance, Charles is focusing on his future as a Ferrari driver. Indeed, the racer—who extended his contract with the sports car brand last January—pressed the brakes on rumors that he’ll sign with another company.
“I’ve always loved Ferrari,” he explained during his Oct. 17 appearance at Austin’s Lights Out Grand Prix. “I want to win again with Ferrari, and that doesn’t really change. Whenever you are in a team, you’ve got to trust the project to be able to give your best. But I love Ferrari and I’ve always been extremely grateful to them.”
