A former WWE Superstar has undergone a massive transformation and now dons a sharp new look. Currently wrestling for TNA, the wrestler achieved a drastic change despite being 46 years old. Following this, Eric Young is now flaunting his ripped physique on social media.

Known in WWE as Jeremy Fritz, Young tweeted his before-and-after images on X (fka Twitter). The former two-time TNA World Champion thanked his entire team, who helped him with his nutrition, training, conditioning, and more. He also thanked himself in the tweet for converting all the advice he received into tangible results.

“What a difference a few months can make! Thank you Cam! Thank you @optimizeucenters @optimizeufranklin @optimizeueastnash thank you @merakimedicinal and @troscriptions @carbon_performance_ What a team I have built! MOST OF ALL THANK YOU ME! Young almost looks ready to compete in the octagon with his current physique. Achieving his goal body with just a few days to spare before the year ends, it would be interesting to see if Eric Young is actually able to make 2026 his year.

Another big WWE Superstar went through a body transformation after his main roster call-up

Speaking about body transformations, one can’t help but think about the metamorphosis that Gunther underwent. The Ring General used to be over 330 pounds when he was in the NXT. However, come April 2022, when he moved to the main roster, the Austrian started to drop his weight and sharpen his physique.

Right now, the Austrian wrestler is billed at 297 pounds and looks formidable in the ring. Aside from his raw strength and deafening chops, The Ring General has added a lot of mobility to his wrestling. For someone who has held a championship for almost 80 percent of his WWE career, Gunther’s physique speaks for itself.

The Austrian has risen to a very prominent position in WWE. Aside from two World Heavyweight Championship runs, The Ring General got the honor of retiring Goldberg and John Cena in the same year. Moreover, he also made The Franchise Player tap out in his final match. It would be interesting to see what lies ahead for him after achieving this mammoth feat.
