Former pro golfer Paige Spiranac took to social media to show how quickly she can get ready for the golf course when needed.
In the video, she dramatically runs through her bedroom in a black sports bra and matching undies while tossing away her polka doted robe. Then it flashes to a second video of her dashing through the same corridor in a stunning white golf set with green striping. A third clip shows her getting her sneakers on mid-run, and she gets her hair back into a ponytail in the fourth.
“Straight to the first tee ⛳,” she captioned the Instagram Reel. Over the footage she wrote, “Tee time at 7:30. Me at 7:15.”
“😂that’s most of us!👏” laughed one fan.
“Damn you look amazing in any light, motion or outfit,” added another.
“Is it bad that I watched that three times?” quipped a third.
“You are a goofball,” wrote a fourth.

Spiranac, 33, went pro for about one year in 2015. She has since racked up more than 4 million followers on Instagram alone as a golf-centered, sexy content creator.
She recently played in the Internet Invitational and keeps busy making celebrity appearances at major golf tournaments and courses — including a recent collab at Wynn Resort in Las Vegas. At Quail Hollow, she played a promotional game with Seth Curry, Dell Curry, Si Woo Kim and Max Homa.
