The Miami Dolphins are going to look a lot different in 2026 than they have in the last few years. Jon-Eric Sullivan is making big changes to the roster this offseason.
Tyreek Hill and Bradley Chubb are gone already, and more could be on the way this offseason. But, just how far are the Dolphins actually going to go this offseason?
According to ESPN's Marcel Louis-Jacques, Sullivan revealed "everything is on the table" for their $73 million safety and their $212 million quarterback this offseason. Whether it's a trade, a cut, or sticking on the roster, the Dolphins are ready to do almost anything.
Dolphins 'everything is on the table' with $73M DB, $212M QB
"The Dolphins are listening to offers for S Minkah Fitzpatrick, 'everything is on the table' with him per Jon-Eric Sullivan," Louis-Jacques reports.
Minkah Fitzpatrick is heading into the final two years of a huge contract and will be costing $18.8 million against the cap in 2026. But the Dolphins could trade him instead, focusing fully on a rebuild by receiving draft compensation for their star safety.
For Tua Tagovailoa, who's under contract for the next four years on a huge $212 million deal, the story is the same.
Louis-Jacques reports that, just like with Fitzpatrick, "everything is on the table" with Tagovailoa this offseason.

Whether it's a cut, a trade, or the Dolphins keeping him around for one more year, Miami's front office is fully prepared to do anything with their expensive quarterback this offseason.
Both Fitzpatrick and Tagovailoa have uncertain futures in Miami, with there being "everything on the table" for both the expensive safety and quarterback.
A lot can happen this offseason with the Dolphins, and while De'Von Achane and Jaylen Waddle are seemingly safe, Tagovailoa and Fitzpatrick could be on their way out this offseason.
