Bad Bunny is the second-most-streamed artist of all time on Spotify. While he has dominated the music charts since emerging in 2013, his work has not been limited to music alone. He is best known for his music, but he has also developed his acting chops, appearing in movies, TV shows, sketch comedy and sports entertainment.

Mas de un siglo (2018)

Bad Bunny's first acting gig that wasn't in a music video came from the TV Movie "Mas de un siglo." It highlighted Puerto Rican music from 1893 to 2018, with Bad Bunny representing himself in the film. 

F9: The Fast Saga (2021)

"F9: The Fast Saga" is the ninth of the Fast and Furious movies. In this movie, "Dom and the crew must take on an international terrorist who turns out to be Dom and Mia's estranged brother." Bad Bunny has a cameo in the movie, and you catch a glimpse of him in the clip below. 

Bullet Train (2022)

"Bullet Train" was a critically acclaimed movie starring Brad Pitt trying to dodge five assassins on a moving bullet train. Bad Bunny played Wolf, one of the assassins on the train.

Cassandro (2023)

"Cassandro" was a 2023 movie about the true story of Saul Armendariz, a gay amateur wrestler who created a character who helped him reach international stardom. Bad Bunny played Felipe, an assistant assigned to Cassandro. The two end up sharing a kiss, before Felipe pushes Cassandro away.

Happy Gilmore 2 (2025)

Bad Bunny's most well-known role is likely in "Happy Gilmore 2." The sequel to the classic comedy from Adam Sandler released on Netflix and had a star-studded cast. Bad Bunny played a country club waiter, who Happy Gilmore enlisted to be his caddy. 

Caught Stealing (2025)

"Caught Stealing" was a 2025 movie. It's plot centered around a former baseball prodigy who works as a bartender and "finds himself in the middle of gangsters without knowing why. He must use all his cunning to survive and understand what is happening."

Bad Bunny played a character named Colorado, who was a gangster who always did what he needed to get ahead.

Bad Bunny TV shows

While Bad Bunny has been involved in sports entertainment and movies, he has only appeared on the small screen twice. Once in a recurring role in "Narcos: Mexico", and then various appearances on "Saturday Night Live."

Narcos: Mexico (2021, 4 episodes)

Narcos was a wildly successful Netflix show, and they came up with a spin-off called Narcos: Mexico. The spin-off followed "The rise of the Guadalajara Cartel as an American DEA agent learns the danger of targeting narcos in Mexico." The show ran for 30 episodes, and Bad Bunny was in four of them, playing Arturo "Kitty" Paez, a well-connected member of the Tijuana Cartel's "Narco Juniors" faction.

Bad Bunny hosts 'Saturday Night Live'

Bad Bunny has been on SNL four times. He debuted as the musical guest on February 20, 2021. He pulled double duty as host and musical guest on October 21, 2023. Bad Bunny was then a musical guest on May 17, 2025, and hosted on October 4, 2025.

Bad Bunny sang "La Noche de Anoche" and "Te Deseo Lo Mejor."

October 21, 2023

Bad Bunny was both the host and musical guest on October 21, 2023. He sang "Un Preview" and "Monaca." 

May 17, 2025

Bad Bunny's third announced SNL appearance saw him as the musical guest. He sang "NUEVAYoL" and "Perfumito Nuevo."

October 4, 2025

Bad Bunny's most recent SNL appearance was just as the host for the Season 51 premiere. It led to a hilarious sketch where he struggled to learn the format of Jeopardy.

Bad Bunny and WWE

Bad Bunny is a big WWE  fan. While many celebrities will take in the action from ringside, he actually is one of the few that not only got in the ring, but has had several matches with the company. 

WrestleMania 37

Bad Bunny's first match with the WWE came at WreslteMania 37. He teamed alongside Damian Priest against John Morrison and The Miz. 

WWE Royal Rumble 2022

Bad Bunny entered the 2022 Royal Rumble as the 27th entrant. He hit several high-profile moves including a front-flip piledriver that is commonly known as a Canadian destroyer. 

WrestleMania 39

Bad Bunny played a small part at WrestleMania 39. He prevented Dominik Mysterio from hitting his father Rey Mysterio with a steel chain.

WWE Backlash 2023

Bad Bunny's most recent match with the WWE came at Backlash in 2023. He faced his once tag team partner, Damien Priest, at the event that was held in Puerto Rico, where Bad Bunny is from. The two fought in a San Juan Street Fight, which was not only impressive for a non-WWE wrestler to perform in, but also led to one of the greatest entrances of all time as he walked out to his own song, and the crowd bought in hook, line and sinker.
