Erica Wheeler is charting an unconventional lane off the court, announcing a partnership with OnlyFans that makes her the first active professional women’s basketball player to work directly with the subscription-based platform.
The veteran WNBA guard, currently with the Seattle Storm, says the move isn’t about adult content or shock value. Instead, she plans to use the page as a window into her daily life and career — workouts, family time, and behind-the-scenes moments.

“I think people automatically label OnlyFans one way, and I don’t think it’s that,” Wheeler said in a recent interview with Fox News. “I’m using it to show training, my routine, my life. I want people to see it can be more than what they assume.”
Wheeler, 34, said she hasn’t faced pushback from fans since launching her page. But she’s prepared if that changes.
“I’d ask them what they’re doing with their own lives,” she said. “Who are you to tell me what I should or shouldn’t do? It doesn’t affect you.”
So far, she’s kept the rollout modest. After roughly four months on the platform, she’s shared a small batch of videos and photos. Subscriber counts and engagement numbers aren’t driving the effort, according to Wheeler. The goal is control — of her story and her brand.
One upcoming post, she said, will focus on cervical cancer awareness, a cause she considers personal and important.

“There’s stuff I’m proud to talk about that doesn’t always fit on Instagram or other apps,” Wheeler said. “This gives me space to do that.”
