Employee Refuses To Say ‘Merry Christmas’ To Management Until 5-Year Christmas Policy Changes

9 hours ago 2

Look, I get that companies have policies, but making employees wait five years for a Christmas “bonus” is asking for some petty revenge. So when this person decided to withhold “Merry Christmas” from upper management for the exact same period, I had to respect the pettiness.

Their operations manager definitely noticed, called them out on it, and accused them of being petty, which is the entire point of petty revenge. They’re 18 months in with 3.5 years to go, and I’m rooting for them to see this beautifully petty act through to the end.
