The Globe Jellyfish is found in the Brine Pool, a sub-area of the Desolate Deep. Accessing the Brine Pool can be a little tricky, as it requires access to the glider. While in the Desolate Deep, make your way to these co-ordinates: -1710, -235, -3075. After that, follow the path ahead that goes to a wall, and equip your glider.

Use the glider to glide around the pillar to the left and land on the platform next to it. Then, hop off and use the glider to reach the following platform, which leads you to a series of rocks. Climb them to reach the entrance to the Brine Pool.

Catching the Globe Jellyfish requires a fishing rod that can overcome its high Resilience stat. The easiest way to do so is to buy the Cerulean Fang Rod found in the Brine Pool. Accessible to players above level 400, this fishing rod can be yours for 800,000 C$. Other recommended fishing rods include the Wicked Fang Rod, the Ruinous Oath, and the Free Spirit Rod.

Consider combining it with bait like Candy Cane, Sour Gummy Worm, Taco, and Nullbit to maximize the odds of encountering and catching it. Its encounter rate increases even further during Foggy weather, so you may optionally wait for the weather conditions to be optimal.

Once you have the desired equipment, start casting lines into the water to try to catch it. Since its Resilience is quite high, the Globe Jellyfish will put up quite a resistance. With some elbow grease, the fish will be in your collection within just a few tries.
