The Academy loves Emma Stone.
The actress, 37, broke an Oscars record held by Meryl Streep after the 2026 nominations came out Thursday.
Stone received a nomination for Best Actress for starring in Yorgos Lanthimos’ film. She’s also nominated as a producer for the movie’s Best Picture nod.

Streep, 76, had held the record since she got her seventh Oscar nom at age 38 in 1988.
But Streep is still the most-nominated actor in Oscars history, with 21 nods total. She’s won three times; Best Supporting Actress in 1980 for “Kramer vs. Kramer,” Best Actress in 1983 for “Sophie’s Choice” and Best Actress in 2012 for “The Iron Lady.”
