Eagles were reportedly given four teams A.J. Brown wanted to be traded to, but none were interested

A.J. Brown’s situation with the Philadelphia Eagles continues to be the most interesting around the NFL, and a new report shows the team that Brown was interested in.

While Brown currently remains in Philadelphia, he reportedly had a preference when it came to potential landing spots if a trade were to happen.

According to Albert Breer of SI, Brown had a four-team list, all from the AFC, as the Eagles don’t want to send him to another team in the conference.

The teams on that list were the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Chargers, and Kansas City Chiefs. All four teams have a chance to win it all next season and beyond.

However, the Bills removed themselves from that conversion after acquiring DJ Moore, while both the Chargers and Chiefs reportedly showed minimal interest in pursuing a deal. That left the Patriots, but they didn’t sound too interested, either.

“I can tell you, based on my reporting, there were four teams involved, and this was A.J. Brown's list,” Breer said

“I think he knew the Eagles didn't want to trade him to an NFC team, so the four AFC teams were the Patriots, the Bills, the Chargers, and the Chiefs. The Bills took themselves off the market by trading for DJ Moore. The Chargers and Chiefs didn't show much interest at all. That left the Patriots.”

With the offseason just starting, it’d be a tad surprising to see Brown stay in Philadelphia. However, a team will have to trade for him to make anything possible.
