There have been a lot of trades this NFL offseason already, and the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons didn't want to miss out.

They completed a trade on Friday evening involving one player and four draft picks.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the details, which include swaps of fourth- and sixth-round picks, along with safety Sydney Brown.

Philly gets picks No. 114 and 197 in the upcoming NFL Draft.

The Falcons get picks 122 and 215, along with Brown.

The Eagles find a way to move up eight spots in the fourth round and 18 spots in the sixth round.

In return, the Falcons get some help in the secondary.

Brown entered the NFL as a third-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Illinois.

He has played 42 games for Philly over his first three seasons. That includes two interceptions, two forced fumbles and 86 tackles.

Brown is the brother of Bengals RB Chase Brown.

Also interesting, Sydney Brown is going to turn 26 years old on Saturday, so this is a pre-birthday trade for him.

Schefter added some context to the trade season:

"This is the 19th trade since the new league year kicked off last week. The league never has had this much trade activity this early in the new league year."

There surely will be more to come.
