EA FC 26 Base Icon Matchday Pick (November 9): All tasks and cheapest solutions

EA Sports has released yet another EA FC 26 Base Icon Matchday Pick in Ultimate Team, offering gamers a choice between Nemanja Vidic, Gianluca Zambrotta and Michael Essien. This is certainly the best set of Icons to be released via the Matchday Pick so far, with all three options being overpowered in their own ways.

Previous Matchday Picks included the likes of David Beckham, Peter Schmeichel, Robert Pires and Paul Scholes. While these items are effective in their respective positions as well, the Icons offered in the latest EA FC 26 Base Icon Matchday Pick are in a league of their own.

EA FC 26 Base Icon Matchday Pick SBC: Review

With the best players on offer, this is also the most expensive Icon pick to be released so far. The overall expected cost of the SBC is around 370,000 coins, which is a decent price for any of the three Icons available. All three of these players were worth more coins in the transfer market before this SBC was released, and they possess the stats and PlayStyles required to excel in their respective positions.

In terms of the meta, Zambrotta could prove to be the most versatile option for squad-building as he can play as both a left-back and right-back. However, the choice depends entirely on your squad.
