Dynamite Kiss episodes 11-12 recap: Romance blooms as secrets, sabotage, and power struggles erupt

Episode 11 of Dynamite Kiss begins with Da-rim rescuing Ji-hyeok from the fire, bringing him out safely. Once he regains consciousness, Ji-hyeok confesses that he likes her for who she is and admits his love.

Da-rim responds by revealing that she has loved him since they first met on Jeju Island. The two acknowledge their feelings and share a kiss.

Afterward, the office team arrives to take Ji-hyeok for medical attention. The company launches an internal investigation into the fire, but Ji-hyeok’s half-sister, Ji-hye, manipulates the situation.

She claims the incident is part of a union-led conspiracy against the company. She reassigns Da-rim’s TF team members to customer care, burdening them with challenging complaints.

Da-rim is assigned a complex customer case, but the client posts false allegations online, including a manipulated phone recording. Protests and union members gather outside the company, and Da-rim is attacked by the crowd. The TF team intervenes, rescuing her.

Later, when confronting the original poster at her home, Da-rim injures herself while saving a the customer's chil. The client eventually apologizes, retracts her claims.

She reveals that her actions have stemmed from resentment after being rejected from the TF team. Da-rim’s name and the company’s reputation are restored, but she decides to resign, feeling guilty for having lied to secure her position.

Meanwhile, Ji-hye discovers Da-rim’s secret about her marital status and plans to use it against Ji-hyeok. She pushes the company to assign a major new project to the TF team, intending to exploit this information later with this upcoming project.

Ji-hyeok agrees to the project but sets a condition that the TF team must receive permanent positions if it succeeds. He convinces Da-rim to stay until the project is completed, emphasizing her leadership and the team’s progress under her guidance.

Ji-hyeok later reviews the TF team’s recruitment records and realizes that Ji-hye has deliberately selected weaker candidates, confirming that Da-rim is the only one who genuinely had believed in the team. Da-rim also learns about Ji-hyeok’s difficult childhood from his mother and promises to stay with him and support him.

As their relationship develops, Da-rim decides to be honest with Seon-u. Seon-u, who has already seen her kiss Ji-hyeok, pretends his earlier confession is a prank. Hurt, Da-rim reprimands him for making her suffer thinking she is hurting her friend, while Seon-u hides his true feelings.

Da-rim confesses her lie about her marital status to the TF team, and understanding her struggles, they accept her. The team focuses on the major project, with Da-rim contributing a key idea that leads to the successful completion of their product.

However, just as they prepare to launch the prototype, a rival company announces launch od a similar product, mirroring their design. Following this, Ji-hyeok’s father confronts Da-rim in the office and slaps her leaving the team and onlookers stunned.

Ji-hyeok immediately rushes to protect her, openly defying his father. Episode 12 of Dynamite Kiss concludes with this note.
