Years of on-stage experience means that Dancing with the Stars pro Jenna Johnson has gathered tons of helpful hair hacks from top hairstylists. But that also means her hair regularly goes through a lot, which is why Jenna takes her haircare routine very seriously.
"I'm doing everything that I can in my in my daily routine to protect my hair, because it does have to get styled so much," she explains.
"The kinder I can be to my hair, the better. So I do try to do whatever I can." That means she avoids overstyling her tresses and stays away from high heat. "It really does damage my hair because it is so fine."
Motherhood also affected her hair health. "My hair did break a lot postpartum. And so I went on this like big health care kick where I was doing like rosemary oil, castor oil, and masks on my hair."
