Doja Cat cops to plastic surgery nightmare on red carpet as she begs fans not to look

Doja Cat admitted that one of her breast implants has gone astray.

The “Agora Hills” singer wore an early 2000s-style plunging sequin mini dress for her performance at iHeartRadio’s 102.7 KIIS FM Wango Tango concert in Huntington Beach, Calif., Saturday night.

The revealing ensemble put her chest on full display, prompting the pop star to point out her plastic surgery mishap.

“Don’t clock my contracted implant it’s all i ask,” Doja wrote in a post shared to X over the weekend.

The medical condition, called capsular contracture, involves the formation of scar tissue around the breast implant, which can change the shape of the results and sometimes cause pain, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Doja’s left breast did indeed look wonky and misshapen as she walked the red carpet and later took the stage to perform following sets by Meghan Trainor, Gwen Stefani and more.

However, the mishap didn’t stop her from putting on a great show for her fans — singing hits like “Say So,” “Paint the Town Red” and “Ain’t S–t.”

The musician, 29, has been candid about her experience with cosmetic surgery.

In 2023, Doja revealed that she underwent liposuction and breast reduction surgeries.

“4 days into recovery right now,” she wrote on X at the time of her recovery, adding, “Feels ok. I got lipo so my thighs hurt a lot if I move too much. but I’m healing really fast.”

Doja clarified that she did not have a fat transfer and that she reduced her breasts to be a 32C bra size.

“wish i could suck my own [boobs] thats how good they look rn god damn,” she joked at the time.

It’s unclear when Doja underwent breast augmentation surgery to have her implants put in.

Despite undergoing the cosmetic procedure, Doja famously went after the Kardashian family for being “plastic” in her 2023 song “W-t Vagina.”

“Tell me why ol’ shorty walkin’ like she got a stick in her ass. And pretty face, plastic, it’s givin’ Kardashian,” she rapped in the tune.

Although Kim Kardashian has long denied going under the knife (though she did cop to getting Botox), sister Khloé Kardashian admitted to having a rhinoplasty while Kylie Jenner confirmed she got breast implants and lip filler.
