Disgusting moment history teacher is caught urinating in classroom — seconds before students enter

Disgusting video captures the moment a history teacher was caught urinating in his classroom and pouring it out at a Sacramento-area school just seconds before students entered the room.

Cellphone footage taken by a student reportedly shows the teacher unbuttoning his pants and relieving himself into a container just off camera during the incident at Granite Oaks Middle School in Rocklin.

“Gosh, that’s good — gosh gosh gosh gosh gosh gosh,” the educator—identified by students as eighth-grade history teacher Dan Champ—says in the video, as reported by the Sacramento Bee.

Video shows the moment history teacher Dan Champ was caught urinating in his classroom.

“Love it, love it,” Champ adds as he grabs the container, walks across the room, and exits the shot. The sound of liquid being poured out is heard.

Suddenly, the school bell rings, and students are heard entering the classroom around a minute later. Students whisper and giggle before the recording ends.

School officials became aware of the bizarre incident on Feb. 25 after a parent brought the video to their attention.

Rumors had been swirling around the school that Champ would urinate into a container between classes, another eighth-grade student previously enrolled in his class said.

“It personally makes me feel disgusted knowing that I was in the room prior to him doing that near the spot that I used to sit,” the unidentified student said, adding that she had received the video from a friend via Snapchat. Champ has since been put on leave, after students’ families received a letter that same day.

“This afternoon, after school dismissal, a parent and a staff member informed the School Administration of a video showing an employee engaging in conduct inconsistent with our professional standards,” the Feb. 25 email states.

“While the unverified video does not involve any students or other staff, the employee has been placed on leave while Granite Oaks Middle School and the Rocklin Unified School District (RUSD) investigate the incident,” the letter continues.

“Although we are unable to share specific details, this matter is being taken seriously and will be addressed in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and legal requirements,” the letter concludes.

Champ has more than 25 years of teaching experience and also serves as an Associated Student Body adviser at the school, according to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

He and his wife also run an educational tour program for local eighth-grade students called Champ Tours.

Upcoming scheduled tours include a trip to East Coast historic landmarks on March 27 and a visit to New York City in June.

Neither Champ nor Granite Oaks Middle School immediately responded to requests for comment.
