Moore, 39, was spotted yukking it up alongside his lawyer for the status hearing in Ann Arbor with his stone-faced wife Kelli by his side.

The married dad of three was arrested after he allegedly stormed into the home of his lover and executive assistant, Paige Shiver, on Dec. 10 — just hours after he was fired over their tryst.

Kelli Moore has stood by her man through it all — appearing with him in every public outing.
