Die My Love (2025) is a psychological black comedy-drama from the U.S. directed by Lynne Ramsay, based on a novel of the same name by Ariana Harwicz in 2012. The script by Ramsay, Enda Walsh, and Alice Birch tells the story of a couple's marriage breakdown due to postpartum depression and isolation as a tragic spiral.
Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson are the main characters, and the rest of the cast includes LaKeith Stanfield, Nick Nolte, and Sissy Spacek. The movie was first shown at the Cannes Film Festival 2025, where it was in the running for the Palme d’Or and received a lot of praise.
Die My Love is planned for a cinema release in the U.S. on November 7 by Mubi.

1) Jennifer Lawrence as Grace

Besides, Lawrence’s character as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games series and Mystique in the X-Men movies helped her gain worldwide stardom. After a short break, she came back with great successes such as Don’t Look Up (2021), Causeway (2022), and No Hard Feelings (2023).
2) Robert Pattinson as Jackson

Since his breakthrough role as Edward Cullen in The Twilight Saga, Robert Pattinson has been able to diversify his filmography by playing characters in big studio projects as well as in indie films.
He has worked in movies like Cosmopolis (2012), Good Time (2017), The Lighthouse (2019), and High Life (2018). Later on, he worked in Christopher Nolan’s Tenet (2020) and Matt Reeves’s The Batman (2022). Besides Die My Love, he also appeared in Bong Joon-ho’s Mickey 17 in the same year.
3) LaKeith Stanfield as Karl

LaKeith Stanfield is a critically acclaimed actor who appeared in films like Get Out (2017), Sorry to Bother You (2018), Knives Out (2019), and Judas and the Black Messiah (2021), the latter brought him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
4) Nick Nolte as Harry

5) Sissy Spacek as Pam
