Tom Brady was the quarterback for the New England Patriots for two decades, which is why it was odd when he said he didn't have a dog in the Super Bowl fight between the Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.
Surely Brady was going for New England, right? Well, apparently not.
Then Brady posted on social media, supporting owner Robert Kraft in going for his seventh ring, matching Brady's. So, there is a little Patriots cheering now, right?
Tom's dad, Tom Brady Sr., spoke to the Boston Globe about his son's post.
“He wants Robert to win this thing and get his seventh Super Bowl,” Brady Sr. said via the Boston Globe.
So, there we have it, Brady a Patriots fan for the Super Bowl, right?

Patriots one game away from climbing NFL mountain...again
After back-to-back four-win seasons, not many would have envisioned New England, in Drake Maye's second season, to reach the Super Bowl under Mike Vrabel.
But that's exactly what they've done, and now they are just four quarters away from NFL immortality, and for some, on the doorstep of creating another dynasty, this time with Maye leading it.
We had a brief break from New England's dominance as the Kansas City Chiefs took over, but now, the Patriots are back, and the Seahawks are standing between them and another Super Bowl ring.
