Denise Richards is making her return to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” as her contentious divorce from Aaron Phypers rages on.
Eyewitnesses alleged that the actress was filming scenes for the Bravo reality series alongside stars Erika Jayne and Sutton Stracke Saturday night at Madre in Los Angeles.
Photos obtained by TMZ showed Richards walking into the restaurant in a pink ensemble with a camera crew following behind.
It remains unclear whether Richards is back on the show as a full-time housewife or as a friend of the cast.
Page Six has reached out to reps for Bravo and Richards, but did not immediately receive a response.
Richards was a fixture on the show for two seasons, but ultimately left after Season 10 in 2020.
In her March appearance on SiriusXM’s “Jess Cagle Show,” she admitted that she exited the series once she stopped being friends with Lisa Rinna.
“It was very, very hard,” Richards said of her falling out. “It was really hard, actually. That was the biggest reason why I didn’t go back for a third season because it was just, well, I was like, ‘No one likes me on this show anymore,’ so who would I even talk to except for Garcelle [Beauvais].”

“I have become really good friends with Sutton, but at the time, I didn’t know her, so I just felt like I didn’t have any friends on the show,” she recalled.
Richards, 54, went on to have her own reality show, “Denise Richards and Her Wild Things,” on Bravo. However, the network axed the series after one season, shortly after the news of her divorce was announced.
Richards’ return to the series comes amid her tumultuous divorce from her estranged husband after six years of marriage.
Last week, Richards filed documents accusing Phypers of stealing her private photos, electronic devices and violating her temporary restraining order against him.
The “Wild Things” star petitioned the court asking that Phypers, 52, “return to [her] all pictures, recordings and cell phones of [hers],” according to court documents filed Monday and obtained by Page Six.
Richards also requested that the actor “be prohibited from using, delivering, copying, printing, or disclosing any text messages, emails, photos, notes or other content from my cell phone or laptop or any other of my electronic devices.”
Phypers filed for divorce from the actress on July 7 after the pair had an explosive fight on the Fourth of July.
He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and requested spousal support in his filing.
Soon after, their divorce took a turn for the worse when Richards was granted a TRO against Phypers after she accused him of being physically abusive.
The former Quantum 360 founder has denied Richards’ abuse allegations and has since accused her of having a months-long affair with her “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” co-star Rudy Reyes.
In addition to telling multiple outlets that he has proof of Richards’ alleged cheating, he also claimed the actress has an addiction to Vicodin and alcohol.
