A Delta Airlines flight was evacuated at LaGuardia airport Tuesday evening after crew reported a bomb threat – the second scare at a major US airport in a day, authorities said.
The Minneapolis-bound Delta flight was about to depart from the airport’s Terminal C around 8 p.m. when crew members reported the threat, according to Port Authority police.
The plane was moved away from the terminal, and passengers evacuated as authorities examined and searched luggage, the PAPD said.
