Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders has plenty of money to go around. The former NFL star is now coaching the Colorado football program and has quickly become a media darling, something that began more during his time coaching at Jackson State.
While Sanders' name was linked to the Dallas Cowboys job opening this past NFL offseason, he ultimately stayed put in Boulder despite his son, Shedeur Sanders, going to the NFL.
Now, Sanders reportedly has listed one of his mansions for sale. This one is in Prosper, Texas, and is 29,000 square feet with a bonkers price tag of $5.5 million.
The house was shown on the Zillow Gone Wild account, and there are plenty of amenities.
The home has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and the following amenities, per the official Zillow listing:
- Master bedroom with a 3,000 square foot closet
- Pool table and bowling lane
- Basketball court
- Indoor mini football field facility
- Movie theater
- Dazzling kitchen
- Sauna
- Steam shower
- Barbershop
- Outdoor kitchen
- Recreation room with a bar
- Fitness center
- Eight-acre fully stocked pond
Moreover, the listing says the house has a "floating double staircase, towering ceilings, marble floors that carry throughout the home, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the interiors in natural light."

— Zillow Gone Wild 🏡 (@zillowgonewild) April 29, 2025Well, with Sanders tied to the Colorado Buffaloes for the foreseeable future, there might not be much need for this house, hence the decision to put it on the market.
