David Lynch’s Hollywood Hills home appears to have found a buyer.

The compound, which features seven structures set across 2.3 acres, first hit the market for $15 million in September, roughly eight months after the “Twin Peaks” creator’s death at age 78.

The listing entered into contract in late January, with a new “pending” notice indicating that the sale is nearing a close.

The property’s main three-bedroom residence was designed by the son of Frank Lloyd Wright. Lynch later tapped Lloyd Wright’s son, Eric Lloyd Wright, to design an adjoining pool and pool house.

The listing agent, Mac Silver of The Agency, could not be reached for comment by press time.

The property features 10 beds and 11 baths across seven structures, including a main residence with impressive architectural cachet.

Lynch purchased the main residence back in 1987, spending $560,000 to acquire the home, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright’s son, Lloyd Wright.

The main abode spans 2,000 square feet and includes three bedrooms. Cement chevron patterns decorate the home’s interiors and exteriors.

Lynch, who dabbled as a studio musician, painter, sculptor and furniture maker, personally crafted the compound to host his myriad hobbies.

Custom spaces include a professional-grade editing suite where “Mulholland Drive” was produced, as well as a screening room and a furniture-making workshop. Lynch’s own handiwork, including wood elements and metalwork, can be found throughout the property.

The boxy exterior and warm wood interiors of his personal production studio even snagged a starring role in Lynch’s 1997 film “Lost Highway.”

Lynch invited fans into his eclectic home via his pandemic-era “Weather Report” series, broadcasting daily updates from his hilltop guest house on his YouTube channel.

The plans of the property’s much-anticipated buyer are unknown, but two generations of Wright designs all but ensures the compound is safe from total redevelopment.
