Danica Patrick was living her best life in Europe with her boyfriend while her ex, Aaron Rodgers, accused her of publicly sharing a false narrative that he’s a “monster partner.”
The former NASCAR driver, who has yet to publicly respond the Steelers quarterback, shared Instagram photos from her trip to the Amalfi Coast and St. Tropez — which showed her dancing with friends and enjoying European wine.
“No burning man this year…. But the goggles still found me. 😎 (Be back next year, fomo fo show!)” Patrick wrote, referring to the culture and arts event that took place from Aug. 30 through Sept. 7.
“Along with the best company we went back to Amalfi, and it was beautiful! Learned about pre phylloxera wine made in Ravello. And fell in love with St Tropez!
“Don’t be fooled, I def don’t eat salad.”
The former F1 analyst for Sky Sports — who joined the Fox Sports broadcast for the Indianapolis 500 in May — has yet to publicly share her boyfriend’s identity.
Patrick went public with their relationship in December when she shared photos of the two at a luxury hotel in Scottsdale on Instagram.
Rodgers thrust his and Patrick’s relationship back in the spotlight during an appearance on the “Not just Football” podcast earlier this month.
The former four-time NFL MVP responded to Patrick, who said in a 2025 interview that their “emotionally abusive” relationship “wore me down to nothing” — and that Rodgers left “a trail of blood” when they broke up in 2020.
“So I’m this monster of a partner and it’s just f–king horses–t. Number one: Why are you still talking about me? It’s been years,” Rodgers said.
“I dated Danica. She had just retired [In November 2017]. She was depressed and not fun to be around. But I didn’t leave her because I was trying to be there and be a good partner. Then it was going a certain direction obviously. There was no intimacy; there was nothing.
“I’m buying a house in Malibu and she goes, ‘Do you want to buy it together?’ And I said no. And she said, ‘You know what that means then?’ And I said, ‘Yeah, that’s the way things are going.’ She said, ‘Well, let’s get counseling.’ Then we got counseling. Then COVID hits and we’re stuck together.
“She tells a story that she was so blindsided and getting left by you, and that he leaves a trail of blood around him. And I’m like, what are you talking about? That’s not what happened.”
Rodgers and Patrick called it quits in July 2020 after dating for two years.
Patrick discussed their breakup during an appearance on “The Sage Steele Show” in May 2025.
During his appearance on the “Not Just Football” podcast, Rodgers also revealed his side of the breakup with his ex-fiancée, actress Shailene Woodley.
