This “Dancing Queen” sure knows how to top her own extravagant engagement party.

Marcella Raneri — a former Dallas Mavericks dancer and a choreographer best known for her time on Netflix’s “Dancing Queen” and “So You Think You Can Dance” — and her fiancé Daniel Nutkis just plunked down $40 million on a modern Miami Beach mansion, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

The news comes days after Page Six chronicled their Dallas engagement bash.

There, the Chainsmokers performed for 300 guests in a space decorated with 200,000 flowers, thanks to Sofia Richie’s wedding florist, Roni Floral Design.

The DJ duo of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart then surprised the crowd with a midnight set.

The wedding is slated for next February, sources said.

The celebratory couple’s ritzy residence is on North Bay Road — a modern, two-story waterfront estate designed by architect Ralph Choeff of Choeff Levy Fischman.

At 9,442 square feet, it features six bedrooms plus a seventh bedroom in a guest house — and boasts bay and city skyline views.

The modern property consists of three structures — plus 100 feet on Biscayne Bay, including a deep water dock for an 80-foot vessel.

“It’s a pure entertainment house, thanks to the layout, and that’s what caught their attention,” said listing broker Chad Carroll, of Compass, who also represented the buyers.

The main house comes with a show kitchen and a prep kitchen, along with a walk in freezer. “It’s designed for people who entertain a lot, and who also have a full-time chef,” Carroll said.

There’s also a “full guest house” with a bedroom, and another structure by the pool that has a gym — plus a sauna, a shower and a cold plunge.

Raneri and Nutkis, a tech entrepreneur and CEO of HITRUST, have hired Troy Dean Home — Nutkis’ “longtime” design partner — to bring their vision of the property to life.

“The house doesn’t need it, but they are planning a major $7 million to $8 million customization,” Carroll said.

The home, built in 2021, last sold that year for $23.65 million. It sits on 0.47 acres.

The seller is an anonymous shell company, 3080 N Bay Rd LLC, that is linked to Jessica Marucci of Sky Ventures.

“This sale is another strong indicator of the continued strength of Miami Beach’s ultra-luxury market, where quality inventory is increasingly scarce, especially in prime locations like North Bay Road,” Carroll said.
