Theo Von and podcast guest Andrew Santino recently shared their thoughts on the rumored UFC event at the White House. On Von’s podcast, This Past Weekend, the comedians dove into what they called an "unreal" moment for the sport.
During the conversation, Santino also joked about Dana White “gambling inside the White House." His comment was seemingly a nod to the wild, anything-goes image that often follows the UFC boss. Santino said:
"Dana White's gonna be inside gambling inside the White House. They'll just set up a table for him. Dude, I've seen those videos. This guy is betting like millions and millions of dollars. I know he's got it like that, but my god, the anxiety of just watching him bet three million bucks makes my insides drop out."Meanwhile, Von said:

"But think about that. We're gonna be on the lawn of the White House. What? It's crazy. It's become a performance... Oh, look UFC 250 on the lawn [reacting to mock-up images]. This is going to be so crazy. I better be really nice to Joe Rogan this year."Check out the full exchange below (1:43:00):
The UFC will host a historic card at the White House in 2026 as part of America’s 250th Independence Day celebration. Originally set for July 4, the event has been moved to June 14, aligning with President Donald Trump’s birthday.
Jon Jones pleads with Dana White for a spot on the UFC White House card
Jon Jones is desperate to make history by fighting at the potential UFC White House card. The former UFC heavyweight champion ended his short retirement after hearing about the UFC’s upcoming event to commemorate President Donald Trump’s birthday and the United States' 250th Independence Day.
Jones, who recently attended Dirty Boxing 4 to support teammate Gable Steveson, made it clear he wants in. Speaking to 'The Schmo' Jones said:
“I really hope it happens. Dana [White], please, bro. Please! I’m training, I feel great, I’m healthy. I’d be so honored to represent our country and do what I do best.”Despite his enthusiasm, Dana White has dismissed the idea, calling the odds of Jones competing “a billion to one.” The UFC CEO doesn’t plan to finalize the card until February, leaving Jones with a narrow window to change his mind.
