For Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos, family comes first.

The former couple celebrated their youngest daughter's first birthday on Friday, May 22. Ramos shared a photo of the pair holding their daughters and smiling brightly as they celebrated their daughter Aurora Rayne's big day. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback and Ramos celebrated their oldest daughter, Margaret Jane "MJ" Rose,  second birthday back in February 2026.

"How is this perfect baby 1 today?" Ramos shared the photo on her Instagram Story with Prescott. "Grateful for the best day celebrating her."

Prescott reposted the photo onto his Instagram Story, writing, "Happy 1st to this Special Girl! You are loved."

This is the first time that the former couple, who were set to be married last month, have been photographed together. Back in March, the couple shared that they would be canceling their wedding.

"As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday, April 10, 2026,” read the email obtained by TMZ.

“It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding.”

They concluded the email writing, “We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we welcome your prayers.”

The split was allegedly caused by "ongoing infidelity issues" on the quarterback's end, where a source told Page Six that he had a history of communicating with other women while they were together. Prescott has not responded to those claims at this time.

The Cowboys quarterback also made headlines this week when he was spotted with Ramos' bridesmaid, Caitlin Rance. According to photos and videos obtained by TMZ, the two were at the Pro Bull Riders event in Fort Worth, Texas. Eyewitnesses told the outlet that  "they looked a little more than just friends."

However, both denied the allegations, and Rance shared that she is currently single.
