Cubs' Pete Crow-Armstrong takes blatant NSFW shot at Dodgers fans

Pete Crow-Armstrong may have just gained thousands, if not millions, of new enemies.

Recently, the Chicago Cubs outfielder was very outspoken about his passion and appreciation for Cubs fans, while taking a dig at Los Angeles Dodgers fans.

"I love Chicago more and more. The people are great. They give a sh-t," Crow-Armstrong said in an interview with Chicago Magazine's Wayne Drehs. "They aren't just baseball fans who go to the games like Dodgers fans to take pictures and whatever. They're paying attention. They care."

Those are strong words from PCA, calling out the organization's fans who have won back-to-back World Series titles. Additionally, the first time All-Star in 2025 is from Sherman Oaks, Calif., potentially adding more fuel to the fire.

PCA is focused on winning a World Series

In an era where many front offices around baseball are clearly not doing their absolute best to field a competitive team, Crow-Armstrong doesn't understand that approach to the game.

"I saw what bringing playoff baseball back to the city meant," PCA told Drehs. "That’s an easy, immovable goal. The f-ck are you playing for if you’re not trying to play in the playoffs and win the World Series? There’s more to life than baseball, but maybe not for me right now. This s-it is my life."

The center fielder will have some new help to accomplish that goal, as veteran third baseman and two-time World Series champion Alex Bregman joined the Cubs on a five-year, $175 million contract.
