Conor McGregor makes bold "60 seconds" prediction for Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua boxing match 

Conor McGregor recently shared his thoughts on the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua fight and issued a bold prediction.

Paul and Joshua are set to throw down in a professional heavyweight boxing match at the Kaseya Center in Miami this weekend. UFC veterans Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva will notably clash on the undercard.

Given the considerable size difference between Joshua and Paul, most combat sports fans believe the Englishman will dominate the former Disney star and secure a statement knockout victory.

In a recent X post, McGregor also backed the former world heavyweight champion and claimed that he sees Paul getting finished in under a minute. Responding to a fan questioning his betting odds preference, the Irishman referenced his victories over Jose Aldo, Donald Cerrone, and Dustin Poirier and wrote:

"I done 'Cowboy' in 40 seconds. Dustin in 60 [seconds]. Aldo in 12 [seconds]. All reputable, known, world and world title challengers. 'Cowboy' was taller and heavier than me, also. I knew his shots, his reactions, and his mentality. Paul is lighter, shorter, and green baby sh*t in this business compared to AJ. 60 seconds is AMPLE TIME FOR AJ... It is peculiar and unfamiliar territory I am now in. Either way, though, it’s f**king awesome."

Anthony Joshua explains having Jake Paul "figured out" ahead of their boxing match

Anthony Joshua believes he has Jake Paul deciphered. The Englishman recently shared his take on their upcoming fight and explained why he's focused on breaking the former Disney star's "soul" and mind in the ring.

During a recent face-to-face interaction (via @ChampRDS on X), Joshua vowed to hurt Paul mentally and physically and said:

"He's a mental person. If I can break his soul, and I can break his mentality, then I've broken Jake. That's why I said, I gotta take his soul. It's not just physical, I gotta take your soul in the ring... You have that instinct. You can see it. When you're fighting, you can see a small glimmer of someone just starting to fade, and then you just keep exploiting that... Some people give up, some people get knocked out."
