Congratulations to WWE star Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca is one of the top stars in NXT. She has not achieved a major milestone in the WWE.

Sol Ruca is one of the most athletic women in the WWE right now. She has captivated everyone's attention with her performances on the black and silver brand. This has also helped her become a fan favorite star. Sol has had an incredible year in 2025. She won the Women's Speed Championship earlier this year. Just a few days later, she also won the Women's North American Championship. Sol held both titles until she lost them due to an injury.

Given her accolades this year, she was nominated for NXT Female Superstar of the Year along with Jacy Jayne, Blake Monroe, Tatum Paxley, and Kelani Jordan. Sol ended up winning the award for NXT Female Superstar of the Year.

Jim Cornette volunteers to help Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca has captured everyone's attention with some of the jaw-dropping moves she pulls off during her matches. All eyes are on her after she defeated Bayley at Saturday Night's Main Event. Even a wrestling veteran has volunteered to help her.

Speaking on his Drive Thru podcast, Jim Cornette said that Sol comes off as a gymnast doing wrestling, and she needs a bit more polish. He also volunteered to help the former Women's North American Champion become a more polished wrestler.

“Did she know what this stuff was supposed to look like beforehand or has she started from scratch. And sometimes just because you can do all of the [moves], she does good athletic gymnastic things that show her gymnastic background but sometimes it does come off as, I think we said this about another one of the young ladies, like a gymnast doing wrestling. She does need polish. I will actually volunteer right now for free to go out to Sol Ruca's place and wax her up and down give her a good shine. She got a lot of potential there.”

It's only a matter of time before Sol moves up to the main roster.
