Brahim Diaz is in the middle of conflicting transfer rumors, with some sources saying he’s close to signing a new deal and others claiming he’s weighing his exit from Real Madrid.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently reported that Diaz, 26, has agreed to all terms on a new contract with Los Blancos.
The deal will be completed in the coming days. Diaz, who has made 121 appearances for Madrid, was considered a key player under new manager Xabi Alonso.
But a different report from Fichajes says Diaz is now rethinking his future at the club.
Despite a strong 2024/25 season, Diaz is concerned about his role in a team that keeps adding young attacking players.
With Rodrygo Goes still in the mix and young Argentine prospect Franco Mastantuono making waves, Diaz’s opportunities could be limited.

According to the report, Diaz is considering leaving either this summer or next for regular playing time and long-term stability.
Reportedly, AC Milan, where he played on loan, is leading the chase. Napoli, Inter Milan also interested with Juventus also in the mix with coach Massimiliano Allegri seeing Diaz as a strong addition.
According to the report, for now, Real Madrid has not taken a decision. While the club is not pushing for a sale, they could consider offers above €50m [$58m].
