The second edition of the High Limit Racing International at Perth Motorplex is set to kick off this weekend. The three days of sprint car racing action in Australia are scheduled to be held from Sunday, December 28, to Tuesday, December 30, 2025. The mega event has drawn a deep and star-studded field with a mix of American and Australian history.

A total of 43 are signed up to compete in the Australian event, including 11 Americans led by two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and reigning High Limit International winner Kyle Larson. The event brings together top drivers from around the globe.

The lineup includes last year’s opening night winner James McFadden, six-time national Sprint Car champion Brad Sweet, and defending High Limit Racing champion Rico Abreu.

Corey Day, the Hendrick Motorsports development driver, is making a splash in the international series this weekend.

Australia’s own sprint car heroes will be out in force, bringing local knowledge and recent Perth victories to the contest. James McFadden is one of them, the Perth Motorplex regular with multiple wins, followed by Dayne Kingshott, a sprint car star and local crowd favorite, and Callum Williamson, Perth winner and consistent performer throughout 2025.

The mega event that pays $110,000 AUD to win also makes the High Limit Racing International event the richest sprint car race in Australian history. The event will be streamed on FloRacing.
