One thing that has shocked me about the Washington Commanders this offseason is the franchise's lack of desire to get Jayden Daniels move weapons.
With a receiver room of Terry McLaurin and others, Daniels doesn't have the best supporting cast, as Treylon Burks, rookie Antonio Williams, Luke McCaffrey, and Dyami Brown are the other options.
Yes, we know about the Brandon Aiyuk links, but so far, nothing has materialized, and that leaves a hole in Washington's offense.
But who could the franchise get? ESPN's Dan Graziano thinks Buffalo Bills receiver Keon Coleman could be an option, and in his proposal, a 2028 fifth-round pick heads to the Bills in exchange.
"The Commanders still might end up with Brandon Aiyuk once the 49ers give up and cut him, but that's taking longer than expected," Graziano wrote. "They need receiver depth behind Terry McLaurin, and this is a low-cost flier on a player with good draft pedigree. Washington still hasn't re-signed Deebo Samuel, who led the team in targets (99), receptions (72), receiving yards (727) and receiving touchdowns (five) last season."

Would Commanders fit Coleman?
Possibly, and it is clear there is a need for another receiver in Washington. But is Keon the right one?
Granted, a change of scenery could be hugely beneficial to Coleman, and his physical talents could be really useful for Daniels.
I'm just not sure at this point in his career that he is the one to help shift coverage from McLaurin in the way Aiyuk might.
Still, if Washington gets to midway through training camp and it's clear the receiver room isn't good enough, then pick up the phone. But I'd imagine the Commanders like their own guys over Coleman, at least right now.
Plus, I'm not sure a team would be willing to give up any draft capital to get Coleman, based on his two years in the league.
