College softball on TV today: Full schedule, times, TV channels, scores for Friday NCAA regional games

4 hours ago 1

The first weekend of NCAA softball tournament action gets started Friday with the regional round. Over 60 teams have been selected to compete against each other on the road to the Women's College World Series.

A team from the state of Texas is the No. 1 seed again — this time, it's Texas A&M. This is the first time the Aggies have claimed the top seed in the tournament. Right behind them is fellow SEC foe, No. 2 Oklahoma. The Sooners are out to claim their fifth consecutive WCWS title and their second consecutive title as the No. 2 seed.

The regional round follows a double-elimination format. At the conclusion of this weekend's action, 16 teams will head to the super regionals. After that round, eight teams will make it out for the WCWS in Oklahoma City. Most, if not all, of the super regionals will be set by Sunday.

Who will keep dancing? Here's how to watch the 2025 NCAA Division I Softball regional round.
